Location. Hotel Panorama By Rhombus overlooks Victoria Harbour in the Tsim Tsa Shui area of Kowloon, Hong Kong. The hotel is 100 meters from the massive Harbour City shopping complex, 200 meters from the Star Ferry terminal and one-and-one-half kilometers from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
